Long thought to be part of Malibu, the Getty Villa actually resides in the Pacific Palisades. Set in a replica of an ancient villa, the world-class art collection specializes in antiquities.
The Alphabet Streets
North of village and Sunset Boulevard, these narrow streets are named alphabetically after Methodists Bishops.
Located west along Sunset Boulevard, this neighborhood culminates in ocean view homes lining the bluffs overlooking the Pacific.
Located farther west on Sunset Blvd. on a mountain slope, Marquez Knolls was originally developed in the 1950’s and has many homes with amazing ocean views.
Surrounding the Riviera Country Club, these luxury homes line streets named after locations on the French and Italian Riviera.
A development on the outskirts of the Pacific Palisades, near Malibu, this neighborhood features newer hillside homes.
